  • At this time, we can only redeem Mocha Lounge Dupont gift cards. Each location is

    independently owned, which means gift cards purchased at one location are not valid at the

    other. Because our point-of-sale systems are separate, we’re also unable to check balances or redeem gift cards from the other shop.

    Gift cards purchased before the change in ownership are still valid at the Southwest location.

  • We share a parking lot with another busy business, so parking can be limited during peak hours. If the lot is full, customers are welcome to park along the street directly behind our shop.

  • We take pride in handcrafting every drink to order in order to ensure each drink is made to

    our high standards of quality. During our busiest hours, we’re preparing drinks for customers

    inside the café, in the drive-thru, and through online orders. We make each drink in the order it was received to keep things fair and consistent.

    If you’re in a hurry, we always recommend ordering ahead online.

  • Yes! We offer a wide selection of gluten-free baked goods, and all of our breakfast and lunch sandwiches can be made on gluten-free bread. All of our syrups and powders are gluten-free as well.

  • Absolutely. We offer oat milk, almond milk, and coconut milk. We also have dairy-free baked goods and vegan food items as well.
